Welcome to GemStudiobyCathleen! My goal is to offer beautiful & fun healing jewelry. Gemstones are to play a part in almost every piece.

This all started soon after my husband's cancer diagnosis. We spend much time together in prayer, researching everything we could about the disease, and I began to study the healing properties of semi-precious gemstones. Yes, my husband wears two men's style bracelets with bloodstone, carnelian and citrine. His prognosis right now is good. We have grown together in faith, and learning about the power of His gemstone creations. Their beauty is just one example of God's power and majesty!

I began creating pieces for others, and it has become a passion -- and a fun, positive way to pray and bring positivity to others! A big focus has been incorporating the calming effects rose quartz, amethyst and howlite. We've also played with stones that repeal negative energy such as obsidian, hematite and tourmaline. Of course, we've brought out the heavy-hitting healers of carnelian, bloodstone, citrine and others!
